Account Questions

Once your account is paid, we provide a Paid in Full letter closing your account permanently. We report to all credit and collections agencies. Should any other creditor reach you regarding this account, we will notify them that your account has been satisfied.

While we cannot offer direct legal advice in a FAQ forum, many variables, such as changing your address without officially notifying your lender, can toll the statute of limitations. The discount in your settlement offer reflects the age of the account. We sent a validation notice giving you 30 days to dispute the validity of the debt. By the time your account has reached our collections department, the dispute window has closed. You can still submit evidence of your dispute via chat.

All accounts in our office go through the maximum collection cycle, including reporting to credit agencies and litigation in court. While we want to work with you to satisfy your account, our obligation is to our client, to recover their lost money. Communication is key - we WANT to work with you!
